Bangkok Airways introduces a fast way to do customer satisfaction survey

Bangkok/ July 9, 2013 – Bangkok Airways is now ready to receive feedbacks from our customers about the service from the ticketing staffs by using I-Pad. This new system of survey has been started since March 1st, 2013, our customers can quickly complete the survey on the I-Pad which is locating at the ticketing counter, Ticketing Office Building (Vibhavadirangsit Rd.) and ticketing counter on the 4th Floor, Suvarnabhumi Airport. All feedbacks from our customers will be considered to improve our services.
